There was no memo, it never went that far. You know rules about privacy of Mod discussion in the open. I was offered it behind closed doors, and it never happened because I wasn't able to do what was needed of me because of the amount of time required vs the amount of time I have available.

I actually work with people that went to BYU that said they did it, so yeah, I'm sure it exists. I think it's far from the norm and don't believe it's a ok according to your church's teachings.
