Needto is a good guy. We've been friends through this site and his company stuff for a few years. Whatever it was, people make mistakes sometimes. He is always about giving people another chance, so let's not write him off.

There was no memo, it never went that far. You know rules about privacy of Mod discussion in the open. I was offered it behind closed doors, and it never happened because I wasn't able to do what was needed of me because of the amount of time required vs the amount of time I have available.

As much as being a Mod is cool and stuff, I just don't have the time to put into it.

There's really nothing too exciting there most of the time anyways as far as "entertainment value" it's more about making sure the sections of the forum are kept running the way they are meant to, dealing with spam and timeouts (which are handled in purgatory anyways).

Just business items that anyone would expect as far as that is concerned. Nobody is talking shit on anyone there, so there's nothing that would even be interesting.
