How do you handle your pubes?

Just started shaving my arms, legs and chest - and I stop just north of my pubes - so all I have now is that one patch, which I buzz with a #3. And now I think maybe I should just finish the job.

How do you guys handle the pubes?

Trim them, but please do not go all the way - that would make you look like an infant in the locker room.

I agree-shave them all off if you want too. I have been totally smoothe for a couple of years. I remember all those years of trying to clean up the jizz in my pubes after jackin' and would never go back. So much easier. Think about it.
 
I Did It!

Here's the update: I finally took the plunge last week. Was going to buzz again and instead took the attachment off and took it all off, followed by a close shave in the shower (head to toe - only hair left on my body at this point is goatee and eyebrows).

I love the way it looks, but lots of maintenance. I can get away with shaving my chest, etc once a week, but if I don't shave the bush every 2 days, the stubble itches like crazy (and my girlfriend - who loves the look too - complains) So not sure if I'll stay shaved but I'm sure glad I tried it.

It just seems like there is too much room for error shaving around the A-Hole. When it starts to grow back that could be some serious itching.
 
Clean and smooth... If you use like a Mach 3 it takes a total of about 2 extra minutes in the shower every other day or so once you get used to it.
 
Just treated a guy in the ED with a nasty abdominal/suprapubic abscess from an ingrown pubic hair from shaving. Had to I&D it (incision and drainage). Even with lidocaine and morphine, it still hurt.

My advice: trim it, don't shave it clean. One ingrown pube could put you in the same situation as this guy.
 
There are guys salons over here that do a wax service called "back, sack and crack". Maybe give it a go.

Couldn't agree more, so long as its kept that way. It gets a bit spikey when they start to grow back. Same as a clean shaven face.
 
As a woman I have to say that I prefer my men bald from the neck down. I always encouraged previous boyfriends to try this to no avail. My current boyfriend began doing this years before we even met and let's just say the first time I saw him in the buff it was a nice surprise. Guys, those of you who wonder why your girlfriends don't head downtown more often, try shaving everything off and you will probably find she'll head down there much more often. Plus sex feels better too. Pubes serve no purpose other than getting in the way.
 
LOL @ This thread... wtf, here's what I do:

Trimmed down with a #1 on the pube patch up top... shave everything else. I get bumpes if I shave the "lower ab region" above the weapon.

Dudes that shave your pieces... that sucks, Damn glad I don't grow hair on the shaft!

I'm pretty damn hair free minus my legs, they're worste than a chia pet with fertalizer!
 
Shaving the Shaft makes removing the (potentially) life saving condom much easier.

I like a guy to have a little hair in the nether-regions. Otherwise, it sort of look pre-pubescent to me. Just trim it short. Don't shave it all off.
 
buzzed down, me no shavey shavey. Something about a razor being that clost to the twig and berries.

You dont need to shave bald unless you want to keep it up weekly, - you can get a close trim and take care of it every month or so....looks better and does not itch
 
I usually keep a little landing strip. =-) Sometimes full Brazilian wax.

keeping the shaft shaved (i grow hair almost half way up mine) makes it much easier taking off a condom. ;)

My GF doesn't like completely shaved because the little stubble hurts bothers her or something.

Trimmed way down but with just enought that it isn't stubbly is the way to go I guess.

as you mature past the age of buying cigarettes you start growing hair in places you don't want to. lolol...i sprout out about 1/3 up mine. clean shaven makes putting on/removing condoms SO much easier. :evil: :p :chomp: :artist:

Laser hair removal requires more than one trip and it's not guaranteed to work. I couldn't imagine how painful it would be to get your pubes lasered.
 
It was a joke!!!!!(Lazer removal) and why is there so much talk about a dudes pubes here. How many women have responded. Dudes got way to much interest in each others junk. This is all you need to know: shave and youll get more BJs and your junk will look bigger. There are way to many benifits not to do it
 
I've trimmed back for years, but my wife says she likes it clean shaved. My only complaint is it's more time in the shower, but it's also more times I get rewarded ;)

I didn't have noticeable hair on my shaft and balls until I was about 40 (I'm one of those breeds that really only grows a lot of hair on the top of the head). But shaving it is a bit impractical even buzzing the sack and balls is a pain.

My wife and I both waxed a few days ago (we got drunk) and I am afraid I will have ingrown hairs again like I did 20 years ago when I did it with a girlfriend (wasn't fun picking out hairs for 6 weeks and all blood and puss that went with it)

Yes, OUCH! Before I shaved, they'd start to re-roll at the worst time, and catch a hair or too. Gives a whole new meaning to "hurts so good" (or not so good). Both problems solved... Married = no condoms needed, and fully shaved anyway!

Damn can't believe how many dudes shave it all off. I've thought about it myself, but my wife thinks it is the most disgusting thing she can think of. She thinks of a little boy when she sees that, and she works with kids and I guess it just rubs her the wrong way. It is a SEVERE turn off for her.
 
So I got a Remington beard trimmer. Back when I first got it I saw how tidy my face was and thought I could apply a little care down there.

So there I am whiskin it all off top comes off like a gem nice and quick and I move on to the wrinkly's and then it happened....

Fk me do they bleed! Bloody trimmer had opened up its mouth and bit down hard with no sign of it letting up.

And the pain having to literally rip the fking trimmer off me jewels.... Lets just say its now wet or veet but never leave the top to fester..

Clean from head to toe. Chics dig it. They're smooth (most of them) so they expect the same from you.
 
Hell it's just easier to swish swish shave it all off. Been doing it since college and never looked back. Never had a complaint and always loved the feel.
Tried the back, sack, and crack wax job, and I nearly flew off the table when they did the sack. I thought my two best friends would never forgive me.
 
I love a guy that manscapes. I hate it when I'm going down a guy and I feel like I'm also flossing while also going down on a guy. I also find it gross when a guy completely shaves off or waxes off all of his pubes, because then your flaccid penis looks like a baby vulcher mooching for a worm. Ewwwww! GROSS! No offense!
