She finally admitted that it may not be mine lol. Se said shes 100% sure in her heart that it is mine, but realizes the facts and that theres a chance it could not be mine.

Also, she said that she is not going to take me to court for anything. I agreed to help pay rent at her place (im not living there) so she could have a place for the baby. Can you do that? Not go to the court and just handle shit between yourselves?

BTW we are now naming it after me if it is mine ;)

of course...but, without an agreement written by an attorney, there's nothing to stop her from taking you to court later on...even with a written agreement, i suspect that, because there is a child involved, she can probably still take you to court at a later date of her choosing...if she can't afford to take care of the kid herself, before she is able to get state-based assistance, they're (the public welfare people) are gonna want to know who the father is, so they can try to drag some $$ out of him first.

im gonna give her some rent so she has a place to stay but im keeping records of it, makin her sign that shit every time i give her payment, keeping every baby receipt, and not stayin in contact with her until the baby is here and it is mine.

All I know is that if your goal is to dodge child support on the argument that the kid isnt yours, the best thing to do is have the child named after you.

Instead of a pre-nuptual agreement, is a pre-partum agreement legal?
 
i thought there was a law or some shit that if a person willingly takes care of someone financially and up and stops for some reason (maybe they got tired of it or found someone relationship wise) that the person that was getting their shit paid/taken care of can go after and sue the person paying for some kinda break in a verbal agreement. or, claim that they were financially dependent on that person!? i swear i've heard this a few times AND the girl won somehow!! i'm trying to think of the state but it wouldn't surprise me if it was cali.

i realize that sounds stupid but so does the law that if a criminal breaks into your vehicle or home and gets hurt in the process they can turn around and sue you...

#2 -- STOP SEEING HER IN ANY CAPACITY. You are being played.

#3 -- HINT: "It might not be your's" translates to: "It probably isn't yours"

#4 -- Here's what you have to look forward to: Let's say it's yours and you and she agree how to handle it w/o the court. Eighteen years later she can still hit you up for back child support. Even if you write-up a deal and sign it, she can still hit you up. And it gets even better: If you take your deal before a family court judge and HE signs it, she can still come back and try to renegotiate the deal at a later date.

So if it is yours, agree on a parenting plan (time split) and a child support payment. Then pray that the judge will sign-off on it. Then pray that she doesn't try to change it later.

Ok i agree. I told her last night that shes not getting anything and i cant contact her until i know its mine then we can go from there once a DNA test shows it is mine.

i dont see how you are going to get 2500. thats 20% cogs going on your numbers of 2500 gross and 2000 profit (500 is your cost, thats 20% of 2500). so on a single vial of $83 sales price, that is costing you about $16? if you are selling the standard demand joose like test, deca, tren, EQ, those are going to average about half your asking price last time i checked the top sources on teh source check board.
I just dont see it happening unless you had a shitton of local in-person type deals you were able to sell and they didnt know the difference or didnt want to fuck with risky internet orders.

lets just say for 700 dollars in cost, i can make 30, 10ml vials, dosed at 250mg/ml.

So if each vial was 100 bucks flat out, thats 2300 profit

i sold weed late in HS thru college...nothing too major but enough to get a felony out of it.
different back east than here in CA, cops actually put undercover effort into weed busts...
so the end to my career (conciding with graduating college and getting a good job where i didn't need the extra loot/free weed) went like this.
a bro i knew named jojo i was slinging to pretty regularly...my roomate was also slinging weed, and we would compete for the same bizz at our house.
probably bumping a 1/2 elbow a week between the both of us...without us knowing, jojo get's busted for possession and works a deal with the undercovers.
meanwhile i go on a study abroad trip for a few months, leaving my roomie to deal with my bizz...jojo comes over with a undercover, asks for me, my roomie pounces on the chance to get new bizz, and he sells to jojo and the undercover.
undercover comes over a few more times, and before you know it the house is raided by the state swat team...road blocked off, paddywagon, dogs, agents, whole 9 yards.
didn't find much, a couple ozs and a few grand...suprisingly they missed a lot of 'shrooms and about ten pints of sizzurp.
roomie was charged with a few felonies, facing a few yrs in prison...got the felonies dropped on a minor technicality, skated by the skin of his teeth with a few misds and a few months in county.
if i would've been there that would've been me, and i woudln't have skated cause the technicality invovled my name on the warrant and not my roomies.

well, the story is not glamorous and neither were the bit players.
i had left all my shit in my rooom when i left, intended to live
there when i got back,.
i get back and all my belongings are in a giant heap in my room.
bed was all fuct up, drawers empty and scattered everywhere.
they took my comp, all my discs, and my checking account file folder...never got any of that shit back, never even tried...lost a lot of good poon and mp3s.
and i was out of a comp for about 2 yrs afterward

that night i drove a few hours to the hood, sold it for $500, and thought i was ghetto rich.
buying random shit like CDs, clothes, hats, etc...then i bought a QP of swag weed, flipped that, and was in class on monday morning.
dude wanted his cut, i said fuk off...and a few days later the state police came to school to quesiton him about a bizz break in...he was caught on the security cams jacking the comp.
he squealed on me and that night when i got home the state police were 3 cars deep in my folks driveway.
folks were both teachers, higher profile neighberhood...and then they proceded to raid my house in search of the comp.
they didn't trash the entire house though, just my room...and they didn't find anything minus some stems and seeds, which i was charged for.
but that was the only charge, i never fessed up and they had no solid proof...they interrogated me a few different times, parents had to be there with these meanass cops screaming at me...lolololl my poor folks i'm thankful things turned out for the better and i will never knowningly reproduce in fear of what karma will come my way

Good times rob. About the only thuggishness I got in my past was trucking down to mexico to buy some product, then smuggle back on my person. Got flagged a couple times randomly and chicks I was with nearly shit thenmselves and had to calm them down and all was well.

Other than that I had to mow some guys lawn for 6 months after I decided to jack his ring from a gyms lost and found drawer when i worked there. Got caught trying to hock it and instead of pressing charges he wanted to teach a lesson (he was a high school teacher or some shit) and I came up with the idea of doing his yard for 6 months every sunday. Better than having a felony theft on my record since his ring was worth about 3 grand.

Good times rob. About the only thuggishness I got in my past was trucking down to mexico to buy some product, then smuggle back on my person. Got flagged a couple times randomly and chicks I was with nearly shit thenmselves and had to calm them down and all was well.

Other than that I had to mow some guys lawn for 6 months after I decided to jack his ring from a gyms lost and found drawer when i worked there. Got caught trying to hock it and instead of pressing charges he wanted to teach a lesson (he was a high school teacher or some shit) and I came up with the idea of doing his yard for 6 months every sunday. Better than having a felony theft on my record since his ring was worth about 3 grand.

yea the smuggling was back in the 90's when i was glads age, of course lol.
 
My friendsa and I came up with "car fishing". Basically late at night, bored as fuck, 5-6 of us with nothing to do, gas was at an all time high of almost 5 dollars per gallon. We would go around and open car doors. Most would be locked but id say 1 in 8 were unlocked. We'd then steal phones, cameras, gps devices, laptops, wallets, credit cards, etc

Well one time we stole a wallet with 6 cards in it. I took a card, other guys took some cards, and we also stole some boat keys for some stupid fuckin reason. I didnt but the guys i was with did. We would always split up but stay close like wed each check in cars and pretty much if it was your car you got to keep what was in it

I went to a 7-11 and went inside and used the card because everyone else was scared to (no shit). So I go in, buy some swishers for some blunts, red bulls, a carton of cigs, and some candy. I thought everything was fine. I just swiped the card, did a fake sig, and left

About 4 months later as Im already getting ready to go to MCRD (Marine boot camp) I am at a gas station and a car pulls behind me. A man walks out and asks if the card I am using is mine, I say it is. He then says that they know all about me and stealing credit cards and using them. As I am pumping gas they ask to search the car, they dfind a bunch of stolen electronics, a pipe with weed ashes in it, and some steroids. Not enough to get me in trouble, but they kept it all. They asked if I wanted to talk to them at the police statin or at my house. I said my house

So we drove to my house and 2 cops sat there with me and told me to tell them what happened. I was scared and didnt know my rights so I let go a lot of info. I didnt rat anybody out except for 2 people who I didnt like because they were douche bags. They used the cards to buy porn and the cops thought it was me so I said FUCK NO i didnt do that shit. Anyway my mom comes home and find out everything, and she cries. The cops had footage of me using the card, and said that there would be a warrant for my arrest as they were leaving. I dont think they could have identified me but my dumbass admitted it was me.

They went and interviewed the 2 guys i ratted on, and they ratted everyone else out. So all of us were being interviewed. Well guess what

MY NAME came back everytime from every single person. All of my best friends ratted me out, pretty shitty

So 4 months later im in Marine Corp Boot Camp, a squad leader, and doing real good. I get a call from my officer saying that I have to go to court back in my hometown. So 3 weeks later a cop comes on base, puts me in cuffs, and transfers me to San Diego County. 3 days later im in LA county, which sucks ass, and then a bus took me back to my hometown and i was there for 3 days. They let me go but i had to go back to court for hearings and shit, and i had to end up serving 30 days in County and probation for 3 yrs. And a felony for identity theft. That was september of 08.

I was the biggest most ripped guy in jail tho!
 
At least you got out of MCRD. I dont see the marines as something working out for you.

you would have to trust the shit out of everyone you sold to. And hope they werent into any other sort of criminal shit that would get them popped. Cuz when they get popped for whatever and cops search their place/car and find gear they will surely interrogate him for where he got it.
But the paradox is the fact that they are into using steroids so they probably arent the most risk averse robs you can deal with.

To be 100% honest, I hear of more people getting busted selling small time steroids than selling weed or any narc. Not meaning the newspapers/media, i'm talking word of mouth

It's the trace they'll get you on, almost everything you buy to supply is backtracked, buying bulk vials, oils, raw powder. Etc Then wait for you to make a move. They'll go after you and not give you a plea for the simple fact that they already know your source. Who can you snitch on, some g00k in China?
