Evenin all...what brand of protien shake is the best or has the best invivo results? There are so many at so many prices & concentrations. I have used prolabs in the past but I want to ask the board for your opinions...

hmmm.... Optimum nutrition tastes pretty good and is cheap, Labrada pro v60 is awesome and i've heard good stuff about designer protein... Isopure is excellent as well

I as well think isopure is the best protein. The only problem is that it tastes like a mix between shit and vomit.

isopure looks more like a meal replacement drink or somthing, its got 25 carbs in it and vitamins, if you want something cheap, and just mostly protein, go with opt. nutrition, or prolab..

that can be good yes... Dont get all your protein from shakes... Get as much as you can from food and try to stay at 1-2 shakes a day..
