They have the best cheap protein. For those who think it taste bad you are mixing it wrong. You can customize it just like you want it. It doesn't come with any sweetener so you have to tell them to add it or they won't and that is why some people think it taste bad. They have
Vanilla
Chocolate
Banana
Fruit Punch
Tropical Orange
Strawberry
 
Optimum uses whey concentrate which is the cheapest, left over, low grade protein around. You'd be better of with Carnation Instant Milk.

I never had a problem with protein factory. Their flavors suck though. Get it bland and make your own.
 
I am starting a bulking cycle myself. trying to stick to Mr. X's 40 / 30 / 30 diet. It's hard to stay away from carbs so I drink about 3 Isopures (no carb) a day. They cost about $2.63 at the VitaminShoppe. So it's like $7 for 120grams of protein. And they aren't the same old chocolate and vanilla shit. The apple melon is my fav. Peace
 
people, cheap nice tasting protein couldnt be easier. just buy cheap protein from proteinfactory or wheyconsortium.co.uk in the uk and then mix it up with milk and some instant milkshake mix. e.g. nesquik in the uk or nestle quick in the US. this makes it take good and how u want it and also gives u the right price.

im sure the actual protein is the same quality that other proteins are.

e.g. the one i get at wheyconsortium is 15kg/33lbs for 95 pounds/ $150 includes P+P.
which is a saving compared to other highstreet brands of about 250 pounds for me.
 
Hey BA fellow Canadian and all around cool guy.

I have been getting KAIZEN WHEY the last few times. 22g protein/28g serving and $50 CDN for 5LBS. I like it!
 
Personally i drink several shakes throughout the day that only contain 20g of protein. Depending on your body weight you can only process soo much protein at a time without getting sick. I have found that i can only intake 20g at a time of shakes(this does not count in refernece to food containg protein)
