protien in breads, would u count it as a whole protien or half

lets say u eat alot of bread ok. on the label it says you got like 20 grams of protien. wouldnt it be on the safer side to just count it as about 10 grams a protien sinse its not a whole source
 
It's not a complete protein, so you'd have to combine it with another source that has the other aminos to count it as such. Ex: rice + beans = complete protein
beans = incomplete protein.
So you could count it as 20g protein, but it would be incomplete. Don't think counting it as 10g makes any sense.
 
bread proteins are proteins

so you have to count them as proteins

but,, as they are incomplete, you should not rely on them in your overall protein daily consumption
