Protein

Any protein will do the job as long as you take at least 2gr/lbs of bodyweight daily.

I personally prefer a blend of Whey, Caseinates and Egg protein. And from time to time I go for Soy.
 
2 grams per pound of body weight. Get it from Tuna, Fish, Chicken, Red meats, Turkey, peanuts, protein shakes, eqq whites.

I buy Tuna at Costco in packages of 12 or somehting close to that. Mix a can with romaine lettuce every night right before bed. 2 shakes a day, a protein bar or two, cottage cheese (suprisingly high in protein 24gms per serving) then chicken, turkey, and redmeat at every main meal (shot for 4).
 
keeping levels constant thru out the day by consuming foods rich in protein,protein bars etc hell its allready been said listen to the bros..RADAR
 
WELL LETS SEE..RED MEAT...EGGS (EAT EM WHOLE) THAT CRAP ABOUT CHOLESTROL IS BS. UNLESS YOU ARE PRONE TO IT. TUNA SHAKES BARS PB WHEREVER YOU CAN GET IT BABY!! JUST REMEMBER LOTS OF EGGS AND RED MEAT. :D
 
REDDY. WHATS UP BUDDY? costco is real good right? lol I saw last we ek this really big can of tuna it was huge. I stick with the 12 packs. I get some other things there as well.
