Protein Synthesis

guys let me tell u something ....we'r here taking about the pure protein well i used to use on's whey protein and it gives u about 28 g of protein per serving / one scoop i usually take 4-5 scoops once four times a day means about 140 g + 2 packets myoplex all in addition to my regular diet 400 g of chicken breasts + 11 egg whites + 2 cans of tuna fish + 300 of steak +0.5 liter of milk ....carb ...veggies...fruits ......and finally almost growing believe me ......so now any ideas about taknig your whole needs of protein from the supplements .....theoritically why not ......give a reason
 
average day im takin in around 450- 500 grams of protein a day around 40- 50 grams every meal... yes i try to eat 10 times a day every 2- 2.5 hours. I think this is workin out for me being "on" . I hav also read that the human body can take in and absorb a lot more than 30- 35 grams per meal, I read that, dont know if its totally true.. we should find a study.
Anyways N-Large 2 is bad bro... if anything only use that postworkout. way too much high GI carbs to take in during the day

Right. I don't believe that the body is restricted to how much protein one can assimilate at one time.
 
I try not to go much over 50g's per meal. Then again, I tend to eat 6-8x per day, and I weigh only about 185lbs right now. So that's pushing 300g's of protein per day, more than enough to grow.
 
10mg of dbol increase protein synthesis by 500% i read somewhere (dunno if that's the average before it reaches halving-time or for 24 hours to come)

Umm... This is a little off topic but I know that N-Large has a rediculas amount of calories in it. Which can be good, except that shakes like N-Large are not full of very good or useful calories. As I was advised one day, you are better off eating 2 eggs and a cake. At least thats what I have been lead to believe!

Those high cal weight gainers will make you big...and fat! I remember I drank 1/2 of a 1000 cal shake before and after training while bulking for a week. I got huge pumps, but also gained quite a bit of fat in the week that I did it.
 
Lets say we can only digest 35gms of protein at a time. How long is that 'time'? How long does it take on average for the body to digest those 35 grams? 1 hour, 2 hours??

I figure as soon as i'm done digesting, I'll just gulp down another shake immediately.
