Protein Shakes = Gas

Is it increased quantity or increased quality? never had a frequency issue on protein shakes (different story with N.O. Xplode). When I bulked up years ago, I took in an insane amount of protein everyday and the the quality of my releases were devastating. There was a slight increase in frequency, but not severe. Seemed to have an increased "linger factor" as well if there is such a measurement.

I have tried all different kinds. The linger factor is a good 5-10 mins lol. Also whey tends to make me shit like 3-4 times a day and it smells like something died inside of me.
 
You need to use the protein, if it sits in your system without going anywhere it will give you a right stench!!
 
i love the smell of my protein farts. if im in bed, i cup my hand over my balloon knot and rip one...then release it under my nostrils...

Try sleeping with a hose pluged in your ass and the other end in a mask.

Actualy, no. I have never done that. Are you okay?
 
I also have a major problem with whey protein and food in general. I have terrible digestion and get severe gas and bloating. I take digestive enzymes, pro-biotics, and Gas-X. Eating healthy causes problems to my digestive system, especially eating fruits, veggies, fiber, etc.

Optimum Nutrition's whey protein kills my stomach. A lot of people are lactose intolerant. I have to use a lactose-free protein powder, or else I'll be sorry. I also take lactose enzymes before drinking my protein shake. I also find that if I use a shaker cup, it makes it worst. Blending lactose-free whey with rice milk, fruit, and ice works best for me.

Eating healthier is great for your body, but boy, I'm miserable many times. There are many lactose-free RTDs such as Muscle Milk, and Labrada's. There are also great lactose-free protein powders by Isopure, Biochem, and Solgar. You can find these at the Vitamin Shoppe. I think all protein powders should be lactose-free...why not?
