Protein(s) for Adding Lean Muscle

I'm gearing up for my next stack and am trying to plan out my diet. I was just reading up on all the different types of protein offered. I never knew there was so much available. I'm planning on doing a shake with Protein Factory's Big Blast in it once a day, but I can't afford to be using it any more than that. I was wondering what other types of protein would be good for my other 1-2 shakes a day. My goal is to add lean muscle. I'm not really asking about brands so much as about actual protein types.

I try and get the majority of my protein from food. Its the way to go, I try and limit shakes to 2 per day. I like to mix ON pro complex which has a blend of proteins with a scoop of ISOpure whey isolate. Whey isolate is better for you than concentrate but also more expensive.
 
Other than whole meats, go with Whey Isolate and Micellar Casein or Calcium Caseinate.

Whey Isolate is pure, mixes extremely well, and if you get a decent flavor, it is enjoyable to drink.

If you are looking for a shake check out Gaspari's new MyoFusion. I am going to try this myself when it's time to re up my supply.
 
Thanks for the info. I definitely try to get a majority from foods, but sometimes it's just hard to make 4 meals a day. I'm definitely onto Needto's Better Bars. I've been eating one for a snack every day. So damn good!
