protein question

i know they have powders, drinks ect... but my question is can you buy a pill instead of the other? iam on a bulking cycle and i dont think iam going to be able to get enough protein!!! i hate powders and iam at work all day so iam limited to what i can eat and how much.

Cant you mix up some shakes and take them with you? I don’t thin you would find anything like Whey in a pill, you would have to down so many of them to make them effective!

What you can get are some Amino Acid capsules. These can be used in a supplemental approach to improving the quality of any meal, with the rapid entry of amino acids stimulating additional protein synthesis. These work best with some sort of food to help digestion but could be taken between meals as an aid to improving nitrogen balance, delaying fatigue and averting catabolism.
