What is the best brand of protein powder? Based on least amount of fat content, highest amount of protien, price...... I'm looking for lean gains not just put on weight fast and crazy gains.

as far as just clean protein and taste i'd go with isopure bottles. of course you could buy raw spp and make your own.

on a few occasions i have mixed up about 30g of raw spp and 10g creatine mono in some homeade apple sauce and just swallowed it down post w/o. thats about as pure as it gets.

Seriously I'm down for that, cause I'm sick of ordering different stuff from different companies at different provided by different shipping companies at different prices which all arive at different times.
