Protein Per Pound while on AAS

I know you have all heard consume 1-2grams of protein per pound of body weight. If you are on AAS shouldnt you consume more?

The purpose of aas is to increase protien sysnthesis so it would only make sense to bump protein intake while on. Depending on your goal and what macronutrient ratio your diet is made up of....anywhere between 2-3 g's per lb of bodyweight is plenty.

I am around 195-205. I am just trying to gain about 20lbs of LEAN muscle. I am already lean and nic looking I just want to add some size. I am on test e, eq and letro.
 
I'm not lean,47 years young, 5'10", 217lbs, about 16% bf, want to keep the wieght about the same, but get to single digits while consuming enough calories to sustain growth.
I'll be cycling Enath 500mg ew, EQ 600mg ew, 50mg Proviron ed....
 
So you are 200 lbs, to gain muscle, ideally you would take in 400gram a day of protein

The kicker that makes it hard, is take in 400 grams of real protein, not shakes and bars, that is a lot of food, calories, chicken, tuna, etc…….

It is hard to eat clean and enough
 
yeah I eat real protein from meat and other things. I will add in some whey for an adder. Like If I am still hungry I will make a bowl of oatmeal with whey in it. Chocolate ON GOLD STANDARD.I try to get all my carbs,fats,proteins from real food sources that is what you need to do. Thanks for your advice solidspine it was helpful

If youre not spending more money on food then roids you prolly should reevaluate things =)

Feast at every meal when bulking. Eat all your protein first to asure that you get all of it down. The proceed to vegetables, carbs are last.

I got into this thinking the gear would be the expense Boy was I wrong. Its the 4000 cals and 400grams protien a day I have to consume. Big expence....

no in reality whey protein is digested faster and has a bioavailabiliy rating than any foods you can consume. Only real difference would be vitamin and satiety levels.
