For example, someone who is "on" should be able to utilize more protein than someone who isn't. Same goes for the size of the person. I don't think someone who is 170lbs needs as much protein as someone who weighs 250lbs.
A good way to gauge if you taking in to much protein is whether or not you're getting all backed up. If you taking in what should be enough fiber and still backed up, you may want to back off on the protein intake a bit

help4john said:I take at least two meals per day with 100mg or more of protein per sitting. It's rather easy.....one 50mg shake with one package tuna (50mg). Fortunately my body has not had a digestive problem yet.
