But that has nothing to do with the excerpt. It's just saying that you need to workout to grow...you can't just up your protein intake...I'm sure there have been those little shmucks that read the diets of the pros and say "shit, If I eat more protein I'll grow like a fucking weed!" And they lack in the weightroom...
