With PF I usually order 3 different custom blends. Pre/Post workout and bed time blends.

yeah, Iread about it when I order the malt, but it's expensive.

PF is a sponsor, right? Can you guys tell them something about their service? Seriously, that makes me hesitant about ordering from them again.

When you order from a place that has pre-packaged stuff you should expect to get it in a couple of days... With PF you are expecting to get a custom made product, that takes time. That is just how it works.

I usually order betwee 15-20lbs of protein every time I place an order, I make a new order as soon as I'm down to my last 3lbs, I never skip a shake and always get my stuff in about 10 days. The key to it is not to wait until you are out to order some more. Always plan ahead.

I received an e-mail from them the day after I placed my order telling me that the order had been received and that I would receive an e-mail with a tracking number after my order was shipped. My card got charged a day or two after that and then I never heard from them again. just when I was going to call my card company to try to reverse the charges and also complaint to them, I received the order (a little over two weeks later).

I guess I should probably be writing this to them instead of you, but it might help others see what kind of service they can expect from this place.

Dude they have to mix the stuff based on your custom order... understand they prolly have 1000s of orders across the country... it is a 100% custom product...

Again... You are getting a custom made product, to your specifications. The ingredients you want, the amounts you want, as many pounds as you want. They have so many different proteins, Carbohydrates, Supplements you can put into a formula that the possibilities are endless. If you want a bottled formula with a pretty label then you can order it from 100+ different places on the net, I’m sure they will get it out to you in less than a week… If you want a custom made product, made to your specifications, then you will have to wait a couple of weeks.


I have experience with Custom made stuff. I like to get all my stuff tailored to what I want. For example I ordered some custom made Muay Thai trunks about 8 weeks ago, my CC was charged the same day I placed the order, I’m still waiting. I don’t really mind it since when My trunks come in they will look they way I wanted them to look. I’m going to feel like the best dressed Thai Boxer to ever step in the ring. If I wanted a pair of trunks designed by somebody else, now I could have just bought some at the Martial Arts store down the street. I wanted some custom shit that nobody else has ever or will ever put on... I have to wait.

In America, when you order a specialized product, you always get to inspect it before you pay..........that's just the way reputable companies work......You are not billed until the service is performed and/or the goods are received/sent..............in most cases....

No, you silly rabbit.............when its sent, you are billed.......HOWEVER, mnost reputable companies have a money back guarauntee.........fuck, even GNC does.......

no company would invest materials and time up front without some time of retainer/payment, unless you are an established customer... that is ridiculous...

companies that can resell their non-customized product can easily sell it to someone else and so would offer a money back guarantee... if you order some crazy concoction and then don't like it, I wouldn't offer you a refund either....

and it has been established many times they are reputable...
