I wanna get some big blast. But with all the goddamn options available, I dunno what to get. I have no idea what sweeteners are what ect....anyone have any suggestions.

i got the tropical orange and its good. dont get any sweetners added. you wont need them. it has a lot of sugars in it anyway. thats all you need, big blast and add the tropical orange for a dollar.

No need for extras. It's pretty complete-- already contains aminogen and extra BCAA's. If you want vitamins, take them separately. (DX7 at the EF store).

I like the tropical orange and the double chocolate. It is naturally sweet but I find some added splenda works well with the fruit flavors, depending on your taste. You can always add some yourself if you're concerned it'll be too much.

My personal favorite out of the ones I've tried is the double chocolate or super chocolate with NO added sweetners. I added sweetners to my second batch a realized that the reason I liked it so much was the fact that it didn't have too much sweetner in it the first go round.

Tropical orange with no sweetner, it is fine as is. After my first two shakes, I was convinced I don't want to drink anything else. It is absolutely amazing. Almost done with my 5 lbs bag, this could get expensive....

I took a look, contemplating to buy some, and was wonderingabout the same options. So just choose flavor, quantity and forget the rest!

Thanks alot guys for the tips. I will probably go with a chocolate variation because I use it with oats. Instead of plain milk, I mix half a scoop of powder with just enough milk and dump it into a cup or cup and a half of oats.

You can also get it unflavored -- just bland protein powder, which I like for some stuff cause I can flavor it to taste or want something neutral. But I don't think they show that as an option. You'd have to call them. 1800 343 1803
