I usually workout on an empty stomach in the morning. Today I worked out a little later than usual, and I downed a 40g protein shake w/5g of Creatine less than 30 min before walking into the gym.
I felt good power, and I got one of the best pumps I've had in quite a while.
Does this have anything to do with loading up on protein/creatine first? Or was it just a good day for me?
