protein+creatine bars??

do any of you guys eat the protein bars that contain creatine and how do u like them??? sounds like a crock of shit too me, but id like to see what other people think.

well we totaly know for sure that is not effective in liquid form,and i havent read recently that it is the same for bars, anyone have any input??

um basicly any brand that makes a bar with creatine. i know i see them all the time i just dont remember what brad names they r, but i see them in gnc and other places.

I was just curious, man. The GNCs around here don't seem to have bars like that. I've seen the Myoplex line, the Met-Rx line, Pure Protein, Lean Body, MuscleTech and some others, but I don't recall seeing any of them with creatine, but I could be wrong.

i know ive seen a met rx bar with creatine and some other kind's but i totaly remember a met rx bar with creatine..
