Great theory, except if blood sugar levels get spiked too high, the sugar is just stored away as bodyfat instead. Eating fat with your carbs "softens" the spike and slows down the rate of absorbsion. You would be less likely to gain bf on the same # of cals, since the blood glucose would remain more constant and relaser slowly, and insulin levels would not rise as much. Its a common theory in bodybuilding that doesn't hold up very well to known science. Eating just protien and carbs in on meal is really not a good idea for this reason. Also bear in mind that when eating ANY meal low in fat, your testorone production drops within a couple of hours ans shbg levels rise. Plus the rapid rise in blood sugar can reduce hgh release. High insulin levels with lower levels of anabolic hormones in hardly the way to lose bodyfat when dieting. And lower free testosterone levels (what heppens even to those who juice when shbg goes down) and reduce hgh release is hardly an ideal anabolic environment for those trying to gain. Just my 2 cc's.
