Well if you blast and cruise your on one continuous cycle. Once you decide to do that your own for life. If you ever do decide you wanna stop then your natural levels may likely never return. You can still have children, but there is a possibility one day you may not be able to. I got my wife pregnant on juice, and I know a lot of other users that have had kids on aas as well. This is a very serious decision and I suggest you think long and hard about it. The benefits are that you will never have to worry about losing gains after pct again. You have a slight drop in performance after a blast then you level out. Even though pct has evolved significantly to allow you to have very similar results, being normal again is nothing like cruising on 250 mg test. On the cruise you still make more rapid gains then being natural. When you complete pct and return to normal your gonna have to fight and scratch to gain 5lbs on any of your lifts or a lb of mass. That same effort and determination on cruise mode will yield 5 lb lift increases much easier, and adding mass is more common. The health risks are higher staying on also. So you need to get regular blood work and check ups. So like I said its a big decision, make sure this is what you want. There's no going back.

But all kidding aside I recommend switching to a cruise on ostarine. Sarmsearch would be my recommendation hands down. You won't have the health risks that a test cruise would have and you'll keep gains just as well, although gaining post cycle may not be as easy as real test would be... But then again maybe it is. I haven't cruised long enough on testosterone yet to test my theory.

Great question and awesome info joeblow provided some real good info. Was curious and never got around to asking. I love the idea of cruising on Ost.. got a stack on my shelf ready (got it from Unique) and will give it a go after my upcomming cycle.

I'm ready to start my 8 week SARMS bridge as soon as I finish my PCT. Because SARMS don't shut you down like AAS, and I'm limiting the bridge to 8 weeks, I follow it with a mini PCT of Unleashed/Post Cycle and Bridge (double dosed) for 3 weeks. All the approaches I use to training and diet point to the benefits of constantly altering the intensity and approaches to get and keep gains. Like in some periodizing, where you switch out an exercise when you stall with increased weight, only to return to it some weeks later and being able to push beyond the sticking point. I like the idea of working through my time off to consolidate my gains, and encourage my natural system to hold onto the size and strength I achieved while on. I feel this sets the stage for breaking through to development I would not have been able to make if I just stayed on.

I love Osta, but I would be weary of cruising on it - it is a research chemical and there are no studies on longer term effects of use; where as Test has been around forever and we have a better understanding of what TRT or 'cruise' doses do to the body. Test is something that is in your body naturally, Osta is not.

ANyways, you might be fine rolling on osta for an extended time, but then again, you might not....I don't want to be the guinea pig. Not sure if it is worth it since test is cheap and relatively easy to get.

The pros: you are in control of your hormonal levels at all times: no more up and downs, no more high estrogen and prolactine while off (that was my case)... you will be optimal all the time.
The cons: you probably won't be able to have children unless you freeze some of your sperm beforehand. Once you do, no cons at all. I never get tired of recommending this route.

well the big con is your LH will be at 0 and you may have to go on HRT because it will be difficult to recover your natural test levels if you cruise for a lengthy time.

i dont recommend it to younger guys. once you get into your 40's and 50's then its a different ballgame of course. but when you are young you gotta use up your natty levels as much as possible ...

I'll be the test subject for ya ;)

PROS;
1 Cost. There are great options out there in terms of PCT these days, but a standard 4 weeks PCT will cost more than a years worth of test at sane blast and cruise dosage
2 Gains. Very little loss of gains between blasts
3 Wellbeing. No highs and lows of mood as you juggle a half dozen different drugs to try and get your HPTA fired up again

CONS
1 Fertility. No one will guarantee you'll be able to have kids again naturally (as mentioned above frozen sperm is an option)
2 Injections for life. I love a good shot of gear as much as anyone, but will I still be looking forward to each one in twenty years? Probably not
3 Monitoring your health. You can argue all day about whether its healthier to remain on exogenous test constantly vs taking a whole bunch of PCT drugs and 'bridging' peptides SARMS etc but in any case on blast and cruise you'll need regular bloodwork to make sure everything is ok
