Props to Clint

I hope all the competitors know how much I admire them. You all worked yourselves to blood, sweat, and tears (no, tears...as in "Joker tore off his pinkies.") lol. I got to meet new people, got to see what they were made of, and was impressed beyond expectation.

Now, I want to take a min and give a proper 'thank you' to Clint for EVERYTHING. He spent HOURS and DAYS and WEEKS setting this thing up, largely by himself. He even went out of his way to promote it to a level that would allow him to make it a national qualifying, sanctioned event. I have tried to think about everything he's done so I could list it here, but even I can't fathom the time and love he put in to Saturday's event.

Clint, I can't find words to describe what you are as a man, a friend, and an athlete. There really is a shortage of adjectives for people like you.

I had a great time, Clint did a great job with the contest, the whole experience got me very intersted in strongman, what more can I say

and btw Clint thank your dad for me, he showed me how to do a couple of events and helped alot, and I forgot to say thanks

Clint is definately a GREAT guy! I can't say enough good things about him! He's never had a negative thing to say about anyone and has been such a big help to soooo many people...myself included! Theres no way to say thanks to him for being the awesome person he is.

i want to say thank you to clint and his wonderful family for putting on such a smoothly run contest. They put alot of hard work into this. my family kept talking bout how much they liked it and thought it ran so smooth. It was great. And clint...there's just not enough words to describe this guy. He is one of the nicest and most sincere guys i have ever met and he's always there to help out, no matter what. People like clint are very rare and hard to find. Hes helped me out in so many ways. If it wasn't for Clint I probably would have never gotten involved with this great sport. He has taught me so much and I can't possibly thank him enough. When I first starting going to his house to train, I was in terrible shape and couldn't even budge the 230 stone. Now I have qualified for Nationals and I owe all of that to him. I better post something on here Thanx bro. B, you and I have seen alot together. Sure we will see alot more. When I lived in nashville, there were sundays I thought I should be training with clint and cheese today, that was long before I actually started. Sure glad I did.
