I have just come off a 20 week Test and Deca cycle. I now need to cut however, my upper body is quite cut but I have a gut and need my abs to come through however I dont want to lose my arms. As last year I cut and lost my arm size.
I have decided to go with Primo as I am sensitive to Estrogen.
could anyone give me some advice and Primo will give me the goals I am looking for and if so what amount a week and how long for.
Do I need PCT after?
My stats
Training for 5yr
5, 11 tall
200lbs
36 waist
44 inch chest
17 inch arms
Most of my weight is around my gut. however in the morning my stomach is flat and you can feel my abs *not see them though so probably 20% body fat.

Mon Chest and Shoulders
Tue Abs and Cardio
Wed Legs
Thu Abs and Cardio
Fri Back and Arms
Sat Cardio
Sun Cardio
Diet
7am - 20g Protein with 10g Glutamine and 10g BCCA
8am - 80gr porridge and 20g protien shake with 10g Glutamine and 10g BCCA
10am - 200g Salad & 150 g Chicken breast
12pm - 20g Protein shake with 2 scoops of Jacked with 10g Glutamine and 10g BCCA
1pm - 2pm training as above
2pm - 40g carbs & 40g Protein with 10g Glutamine and 10g BCCA
3pm - 200g Salad & 150 g Chicken breast
6pm - 200g Green veg and 200g chicken breast or fish
9pm - 20g protein with 10g Glutamine and 10g BCCA
11pm - bed
any help and direction will be greatly appreciated
