I read your post (sasstig) of last year about diet and losing weight whilst keeping bulk. I was surfing the net on this issue. My age and stats are more or less the same. My arms are 17 inches, waist 37 and chest 46. My weight when I bulk is about 97 kilos and when I cut carbs/do cardio it's 92/93. I am 6.2 in height. My waist may go down to 35 but no more!
