alright omega, here's my deal.

moving into an apartment with this girl before feb 1st.
i want to start it February 1st.

i might need you to tell me the exercises and order again since the sheet with all that is back home.

this is what my friends bodyfat scale told me.
5'8
22.5%bf
182lbs

although i think its a bit inaccurate.
goal set is
5'8
12%bf
165lbs

in 8-10 weeks.

Supps
Lipoflame
Kirkland Mature Multi Vit
Vit C
Fish Oil (15g per day)
Extendz
AIFM
Milk Thistle (have it laying around, is it needed?)
Amp02/jack3d combo (on workout days)

Diet
Monster Milk (only one scoop at a time)
Chicken
Whole Eggs (4 every morning
Oats (1/2 cup or 3/4 of a cup per morning)
Tuna, Salmon, Salmon Burgers, and fish
Red Meat (once every 3 days, is 1lb per serving too much omega?)
Veggies, - Asparagus, Broc, and Spinach
Skim Milk
1.5 gal of water per day.
WW Bread

Quick update - finally getting into the gym now.
It's been a screwed up quarter of school. My great uncle died, and I was struck sick with pneumonia for 3 weeks. Just about fully recovered now. Finally chose a gym omega - lifetime fitness
don't know if you have been to one yet, but it has a pool and many other things I can take advantage of.

getting started with cardio this morning. swimming laps for 20-30 minutes, treadmill and elliptical for 30-45 minutes, and basketball for 30-45 minutes.
 
Since the sixth I have made notable improvements omega. The fat is already melting off.
Cutting out all carbs except for greens, skim milk, and 2 slices of WW bread on lifting days along with lots of cardio is making me very lean.

Once I get the liposhred stack i'll stick it into high gear as well!
i'll update later today the weight i'm lifting in the gym!

basically its about the pattern your doing that will allow it all to come off WITHOUT making you catabolic
 
I'll just ask you here. I wondered how I should alternate lipoflame/lipostim3, and extendz.
 
havent tried lipostim3. ive been taking 3 lipoflames preworkout/cardio in the a.m. with an extendz. A.I.F.M. just came in.

tomorrow was supposed to be my off day, but I have bad news. Was playing a lot of basketball today and get checked mid air while doing a lay-up. landed on the side of my right foot. Ever since then it's been a complete bitch to walk. I've got a feeling it might be broken. Going to have my dad check it out tomorrow, but it doesn't look good man....
 
It's not broken. X-rays were done and it's a torn ligament in my foot.
Doc says for at least a month only cardio i'm allowed to do is the elliptical omega.
He has no idea how quick it will heal.

AIFM has arrived as well.
So tomorrow Elliptical for 45 minutes A.M. and normal workout in the P.M.? injury happened friday and I took yesterday and today off.
 
Just Sub in the LipoStim when Extenze runs out

Or run lipostim at 2-3 caps twice per day by itself.

Bummer about the Ankle!

Do Recumbent bike and Elliptical 10 minutes of EACH BACK AND FORTH till you hit your goal minutes

also do no calf work and no squats

You can do leg press but put all of it in your heels toes pointed out as well
 
why? is it potent?

you said two sprays on the back of the shins, correct?

alternate them everyday for an eight week period?

just a quick update. Feeling a lot better, more energy, and have switched up my lipoflame/stim3 dosage.
I take 3 flame and 1 stim3 in the a.m. and 2 flame in the p.m.
I've been doing A.I.F.M. two sprays on my forearms (tried it on my shins and I "feel" it more through the forearms).

I just wondered how many weeks I should do the workout when I do cardio two-a-days the first day, cardio and lifting the second, and a rest day the third?

Here is what you told me to do and i've been doing in the weightroom every three days.
Lat PD
Machine BP
BB Rows
Smith Shoulder Presses
Cable Crossovers
BB Curls
Tricep Pulldowns
Lateral Raises

all 5 set method.

Is this correct omega?
If so how many more weeks of this before switching to something else?
 
quick thing I think you might want to know. I've been sleeping on my arm for the past year (don't know if it attributed to this at all, but anytime I do a row type motion with an overhand grip I get a sharp pain at the low peak of my bicep going up my right arm. Not sure what this is, but it only acts up at the peak of my lateral raises, barbell rows, and smith presses.
 
hi Iggy!

The part that stresses you sounds like the outer head of the bicep/possible impingement on the rotator cuff

they kind connect all together there.

When you get inflammation there you have to alter your lifts to NOT hurt the area

try adjusting your grip, techniques till it stop hurting


Give me another 48 hours to think about your routine, I want to be sure for you on what to do.

one more thing omega. i forgot to tell you i haven't been using straps for any of my lifts. it would probably help if i did. my next lifting day is tomorrow.

Do it for a Total of 6 weeks before we do one more phase of 4-6 weeks

omega, i've been spraying it once on one forearm one day and twice on the other the next for about two weeks. I don't have a rash, but when i take a shower and dry off my forearms, they get red and irritated for about 30 minutes. on top of that bro i'm breaking out with acne all over my forearms and arms. should i move it back to my shins or quit it in general for a couple of weeks? on top of that my forearms are extra sensitive.
