I put this in the steroid forum originally, but i didnt get a response. Maybe I'll get one here.
Well, I know prohormones aren't the best on your body and they are probably worse than actual steroids, but I AM going to stay legal here. That's my main concern, so please dont try to talk me out of that in that sense. I'm going with Legal Gears M1p and Formadrol for PCT. I have many friends that are "clean" and said they enjoyed their products. My cycle set up will look somewhat like this (please critique if needed):
Week One:
M1P: 3 Caps/Day
Milk Thistle: 900 MG/Day
Week Two:
M1P: 3 Caps/Day
Milk Thistle: 900 MG/Day
Week Three:
M1p: 2 Caps/Day
Milk Thistle: 900 MG/Day
Week Four:
M1p: 2 Caps/Day
Milk Thistle: 600 MG/Day
Week Five:
M1p: 1 Cap/Day (5 Days)
Milk Thistle: 600 MG/Day
Formadrol: 2 Caps/Day
Creatine CEE + Di Arginine Malate
Week Six:
Formadrol: 3 Caps/Day
Milk Thitsle: 600 MG/Day
Creatine CEE + Di Arginine Malate
Week Seven:
Formadrol: 2 Caps/Day
Milk Thitsle: 600 MG/Day
Creatine CEE + Di Arginine Malate
Week Eight:
Formadrol: 1 Cap/Day
Milk Thitsle: 600 MG/Day
Creatine CEE + Di Arginine Malate
One Cap of M1P = 50 mg and 10 mg of an Estrogen control substance.
Training: I was heavey headed on a DF 5X5 with this, but now, I am thinking it might be best to go with a rotating split. It would be like this:
Day 1: Legs.
Day 2: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps.
Day 3: Back, Traps, and Biceps.
Day 4: Hardcore Ab/Rest
This would be rotating so day 1 is directly after day 4. Most lifts would be compound movements to maximize effectiveness and cut down on time also How does this sound? I will also be doing cardio in the form of Running. I know this isn't the best, but I'm training for a goal here (a Marine Commision). So, running will most likely be on the Chest day and Ab day (AFTER WORKING OUT). It is just something I have to do, and I can't get around it. I will try to keep it to a minimum though
Eating:
Since I am in college, sometimes it is hard to eat great. I will allow myself to eat out and such, but I wont over-do it. I'm going to try to start my calories at 3500/day, and maybe raise them gradually to 4k per day. (I know I grow of 3k/day.) Most will be carbs and protiens. I will try to log most of it too in an excel file.
So, what do you guys think?
