A little history.... Been working out for about 15 months, I'm 5'10 and I started out at 145 lbs. I'm now up to 175-180 lbs. I am finishing up a cycle of havoc and I experienced great strength gains. My diet is ok, no fast food or anything but it's not exactly perfect. My routine would probably make some of you guys laugh or pass out. Here is an example mon, wed, fri

Flat Bench Barbell Rows Shoulder Press Military Press
1x10 @ 165 lbs. 3x5 @ 145lbs. 2x10 @ 60lbs. 1x8 @ 140lbs.
1x8 @ 185 lbs.
1x6 @ 205 lbs.
1x4 @ 225 lbs.

Pull-ups Straight bar curls Tricep Push downs Shoulder Shrugs
1x15- bodyweight 2x10 @ 80lbs. 3x10 @ 85 lbs. 2x12 @ 225 lbs.

I know it is too much and too often so some help in that area would be great. Now on to the pics.

most definate improvment! keep on lifting AND eating.
