I had this on my phone from about 3-4 weeks ago. I told slat1 I would post a pic at the time and never got around to it. This one is when I was 195 lbs., 6.5% bf. I am currently 192 lbs, 5.8% bf. I'll take some more when I can have someone do it with a decent camera. I want to look pimp like Makavelli does in his :p.

I restrict my diet to meats, nuts and seeds (unsalted), veges, fruits, raw whole grains, sweet potatoes and yams, protein powders (whey and casein), dextrose (post workout), protein bars. I have cheat meals about once a week like if I'm at a restaurant or something. If you want my timing regimin and work out schedule, let me know.

lifting 5 days a week (pm)

cardio days:
40 grams of whey in water
am cardio
~ 1 hour after cardio....4 whole eggs, 1/4 cup 10 grain cerial with water
~ 2 1/2 hours later....1 boneless chicken breast, yam, brocolli
~ 2 1/2 hours later....tuna, 10 grain cereal (never any milk)
~ 2 1/2 hours later....steak, sweet potato

pm lifting

casein pm protein shake by myoplex, unsalted sunflower seeds

noncardio days:
skip the whey in the morning and go straight to the eggs, throw in another meal during the day with a yam and some tuna or steak or chicken

i usually add some nuts, veges or fruits when i'm extra hungry (which is usually the case)

i take omegas 3-4 days a week, drink green tea and blueberry juice, and lots of water
 
damn you bro thats the look i am trying to get myself to lol...im getting there but i know its gonna take time, good thing i have plenty of it....i eat pretty much the same stuff as you but my portions need to be cut lower, thats why the progress is slow.....

I went up to around 15% about a year and a half ago. I usually stay at about 10-11%. Now I plan on maintaining no higher than 8% even while bulking.

It's crazy after a workout cause all my veins are bulging out everywhere. I've had way more people ask me about workout tips at the gym now that I'm leaner and smaller. Way more people suspect I'm on gear now too. Odd that when you get smaller, people think you're bigger.

No the only thing I've used as as far as stimulants or fat loss are green tea and sometimes I drink the no carb wired energy drinks.

I think you are actually closer to 9.

Then again, it could be the quality of the photo, lighting, angles etc. Either way, you're ripped to the core and numbers really dont matter after a certain point anyways -- atleast not for the puss.

It's 6.5% buddy! Not sure what else to say about that. I can't make you believe the truth. If I can get my lazy ass to prep for a photo shoot with a real camera like I'm supposed to, you'd see all the vascularity and definition a lot clearer. Besides, I really don't give a shit if you believe me or not. I'm just repeating to you what the trainor told me my bf was after the pinch test.

not everyone knows how to do the pinch test correctly...

i've seen them range by +/- 4 or 5 %...

What part of "I don't care" do you guys not understand? I wrote one post, mainly defending the trainor who tested my bf. Things on the net can really be misconstrued. If anything, I'm joking around more than I'm being serious. I don't even think those guys are wannabes. At least I know that Jkurz is a smart bro. I respect everyone's opinion here. People are so obsessed with numbers! Who cares whether it's 6.5 or 9 percent? From the looks of the pic, his fat content is about as low as it can be without being unhealthy.

I was checking out this old thread to see how much I weighed a month or so ago. I'm up to 200 lbs now. I'm still pretty lean too. That means I gained 8 pounds in 3-4 weeks on test/deca. I feel like I'm getting swole, but the nolva and the AIFM are keeping me defined and vascular too. This is a badass cycle! I'll definitely be posting pics when I'm done.

Ya it seems to be getting the job done pretty well. I think I'll keep using it in future cycles. It works just as good as adex and it's cheaper. aromasin is probably a little stronger though.
 
krish you look good in those pictures..... but i have to agree with the others and say your not under 8...... could be the pic tho but pinch tests aren't accurate enough.... get dunked if u want a super accurate reading.... but it doesn't matter anyway. they dont do tests at bbing competitions.... they use thier eyes. numbers dont matter and u look great.....
