~ 1 hour after cardio....4 whole eggs, 1/4 cup 10 grain cerial with water
~ 2 1/2 hours later....1 boneless chicken breast, yam, brocolli
~ 2 1/2 hours later....tuna, 10 grain cereal (never any milk)
~ 2 1/2 hours later....steak, sweet potato
~ 2 hours later....protein bar
pm lifting
40 grams whey/40 grams dextrose/20 grams glutamine
casein pm protein shake by myoplex, unsalted sunflower seeds
bed
noncardio days:
skip the whey in the morning and go straight to the eggs, throw in another meal during the day with a yam and some tuna or steak or chicken
i usually add some nuts, veges or fruits when i'm extra hungry (which is usually the case)
i take omegas 3-4 days a week, drink green tea and blueberry juice, and lots of water
