I'm pretty stoked about it. In the pic that started this thread I was 195 @ 6.5%. I'd say I've made some decent progress in the past few months. The only problem I've had with staying lean throughout, is that it's hard to get the tendon in my left elbow to totally heal back from when I screwed it up from being on winny and test. I took a week off from lifting, and it seems to have helped some though. Thanks for your support racoon; you've been a friend throughout!
