Progress: Sept 2007 - Aug 2008

I'm pretty new here so some quick info:

Current Stats: 6'4" 240lbs (just broke 240 this week!)
PRs: Bench 315 x 2, Squat 385 x 2, Deadlift 415 x 8

Last Year: weight 215lbs
PRs: Bench 275 x 1, Squat unknown (probably 225 x 6), Deadlift 315 x 2

I just started taking pics every few weeks. Yesterday however i stumbled across a couple on my computer from last year.

It used to be all about the arms. Squat? Leg day was easily skipped, shoulder day barely broke a sweat, back day maybe some heavy breathing, chest day we of course wanted to see how much we could bench!

Its so funny to look back at these pictures. "Lifting" was running the rack on db curls, bi/tri supersets, 21s, arms PUMPED leaving the gym lol. Now i don't even train arms directly.

I can't believe an entire year has actually gone by.

Still need to trim that STUBBORN fat from the love handles but all in all its been a hugely successful year of training.

In this time period i ran a 12 week 500 mg/week testosterone 50mg EOD masteron. I did not do very well at all because my diet sucked. I wish i had some pictures to show after that cycle to illustrate. It would really help to show people that are thinking about using these that its not the holy grail. I'm convinced that juice will do next to nothing if you don't know what you're doing in the kitchen and gym.

After that cycle i really got my diet down and made some great progress. I'm now finishing up a second cycle of the same compounds and doses with tren at 50mg EOD added for the last 8 weeks.

For instance between the july 1 and aug 1 front pictures i'm up 5lbs. The juice definitely helped with that kind of short term progress but overall it was the changes in my diet and training that made the big difference. I've come to see the juice as just another tool that can give a slight advantage.

I'll be done in 2 weeks and i plan to go natural for at least 4 months. I look forward to seeing what kind of progress i can make.
