Hello everyone, I have'nt been around lately cause I've been going to the gym non-stop everyday and when I get home I'm so freakin sore that I cant even MOVE! But thats a good thing I guess

Anyways I just thought I should drop by and report my new achievements:

MY BENCH HAS GONE FROM 210 - 220 (MAX)
and
My SQUAT HAS GONE FROM 300 to 325 (MAX)


My daily schedule:
Wake up 8:00 AM drink 16 oz of water, and run for 20 minutes on a empty stomich
Get home at 8:20, take a shower and eat 4 eggs with my prtiein shake (Mega MRP)
Rest till 9:00 AM
Goto gym at 9:30 AM
come home at 12:00
drink another protein shake
rest
watch tv
jack off (lol... shut up
EAT around 500 grams of red meat
watch tv
go back to gym around 7:00 PM
do only cardio
get home 8:00
drink another shake
eat more red meat
watch the daily show on comedy central
sleep
wake up
repeat schedual

thats my daily schedual, except for saturdays and sundays :-D

well thats all, i just wanted you pro's to see if i should make any changes to my schedual.

P.S keep in mind that im off for summer vication.. so yeah i pretty much have all the time in the world

oh and i drink ALOT of water during the day. Accually i drink so much that my piss is see thru lol.

BTW
I know a person that told me that he can get me some AS that will last me for about 8 - 9 weeks including needless for $200. Now im not planning on doing it at this age (16) but if I were to buy it, would it be a rip off, or a good deal?

1) stay away from any juice right now -- no point. Esp if you dont' know what the guy is selling.
2) Eat more real food, less shakes. And throw in some vegies, etc. You're young so a limited diet ain't that good. You need the enzymes, etc. from a variety of food to keep you healthy since you are still growing.
3) definitely watch the over training. Are you growing or just holding? Cardio can be catabolic so you might want to keep it to 3x/week instead. Just a thought.

The best thing you can do for yourself is get those good habits established that will keep you strong & growing in the long run. Better yet is to realize that you willl always get the best results from good diet, training & recovery methods instead of expecting to get it all from juice. Establishing those habits might actually show you that you dont' need juice at all (if you so choose at a later point in life) to get the results you want.

Otherwise -- how are the results you are getting?

The resaults im getting right now are pretty good. Iv lost 8 pounds and iv gotten waayy more stronger :-D.

But still, no cuts :( :mad: :bawling: :kaioken:
