although i just got

a nice cycle in
 
8and20 does have a nice chest. Good goal keep working and dont let nother get in the way of your goals. Eat hard and Train hard.
 
Jon u can just about have any chest u want (unless u have some kind of severe injury limitations). U just have to prioritize it. I use 2 month priority periods. I evaluate my physique and say I think the weakest link is calves. Instead of working them out once e5d I will go eod for the whole 2 month period. Some will consider this overtraining. U cant do this with bigger body parts but i get the idea. I will blast them until they have no choice but to grow.

Im 25 m no cycles. Trying to get the basics done right first

until u r up in the 200+ region (low bf) i wouldnt worry about any weak point training. u just need lots of muscle mass first. stick with your plan of the basics. heavy compound free weight exercises.

Whats compound weight exercise?
 
compound exercises are those that use multiple muscle groups such as bench press (chest, shoulders, triceps), squats (quads, hams), deadlifts (quads, hams, back), etc
