Was really lame in the gym for the last year, started training consistently again from March onwards been training harder and harder

Pics in date order over the last four weeks, been doing cardio 5 days a week, lots of HIIT training weight 4-5 days a weeks very little rest.

Stomach is still very soft, can be cold to touch on the flabby part?? Chest is looser then I would like!! Anyone think YES would be a good idea?
 
sorry did not make it public viewing, you can view it now, I know I am in a different league to most you guys - I am not very big, trying to lean out at the mo
 
cheers bro, been training my arse off, been on prop 400mgs ish a week for 7 weeks, thinking about going 12. Lots of cardio and short high tempo weights work outs, as for diet I find that the hardest part been low carb for the most of it!!
