ok, bros...today was my last injection.im kinda sad, but it was a good cycle, and after pct i gotta better one coming. this was a 12 weeker(my first) of 400 mg of deca a wk, and 50 mg of winny ed for the last 6 wks. im impressed with my gains and cant wait for my next cycle of eq/test. tell me what ya think.

couldn't find the week 1, unless I have to sign up to be a member (which I will not do, as many people probably won't). Not trying to be a dick, but you looked like you have a good build for an athletic look. I wouldn't classify you as having that bodybuilder look yet, but there is no reason you can't get it if that is what you are shooting for. Plus it says you are 6'1 so you will have a hard time to fill out than the shorter people.

What were you going for in your last cycle? Size, cuts, lean mass? Kinda of curious why you ran a Deca cycle for 6 weeks and then did a Winny cycle for 6 weeks (with the Deca or without it). Why do 400mg of Deca and then 50 mg of Winny. The winny seems high to me, as this is my first cycle and I am having good results from it at 50 3 times a week. I also respond good to steroids though.

Help us out and post some better information on yourself for us to judge/critique you better.
 
im not going for a body builder look. i was trying to gain speed for football(im a receiver).i dropped my forty down to 4.49. i would love have a 4.4, so we'll see.....i ran the deca for 12 wks, and added the winny the last 6. to see all the pics u just have to click on 'pics'.
 
For a receiver you look pretty good, still wouldn't hurt to gain some more size, especially for trying to get off the line of scrimmage. Just don't get as big as David Boston whose arms are so big he can't catch a football.

well before reading this post I was going to ask if you workout at all...:) Sorry bro but in "week one" pic looks like you don't even workout. In the after pics, yes you had gains, but that look is for a regular guy who workout.
But if you tell me is for football improvement, that's another story. I'm not a football player so you know your shit in that area...:)
 
There is not a very good comparison shot other than the week one pic, I would assume the leg shot is an old one??? What do the wheels look like now?
As far as spped for being a reciever...Keep your flexability, and keep do speed trials and sprints on a daily basis...Your speed will keep up with muscle growth.

It amazing me myself how people say they ran AAS and when you see them its like wtf...maybe people need to relook at what there buying....How the hell we got 1,000 of people saying there useing and not event more then 5% look like they did anything......Dam scandle... :worried:
 
honestly, i was a speed/strength trainer for a few good years. your physique doesnt look like a 4.49. i am not saying you arent doing that, just your build doesnt look it. i would think if you want a 4.4 time you could get there if you are running it now with what you have. maybe get in better shape naturally and your times will change alot more than you think. but from an experienced point of view, i've had shredded prototypes who couldnt get down into the 4.4's and your looking like @14% bf saying you can. is it hand held timing or electronic?
either way if your doing 4.49 now, drop 15 pounds of fat and your times will move down at least .5.

At the college combine I ran a 4.68. No offense but there's no way in hell you ran a 4.4 legit. Unless your lower body is 5% BF. Even so post up those tree trunks.

BTW you came VERY close to beating Reggie Bush.

actually i think he did beat vince young. i think young had a 4.52.

the only way to get tested is electronic with the weight bearing hand touching the timer pad. these clocking systems add .3 to your tme so at the end you subtract it. i saw tim carter (ny giants) run a 4.61 = 4.31. pretty f'ing fast to say the least.

40 times are the biggest urban legends in all of sports!
 
i didnt say i ran a 4.4, thats my goal. 4.49 is my last recorded time at spring ball at my school. thanks for the comments tho'. ill post more pics as the progress continues.
 
yeah, theres a lil more that i would have been happy leaving out, but here it is: i was s'possed to be inj. 2 cc's of the deca which=400 mg, but i misread the directions from my buddy and only inj. 1 cc for the first 6 or 7 weeks, so i didnt get as swole as i shouldve. its ok tho' i didnt want to raise any suspicions as to my recently added size. i know im lame, but its my first cycle. live n learn, right?

I don't think they were talking about the 4.4, as a 4.49 is still pretty fast. If you run it, more power to you.
