I would say a good bit was water but I lost some fat also. It has been almost 6 months. I did a 16 week cycle.

I ran it 16 weeks although I could have stopped at 12...didn't make much gain at all the last 4 weeks. Injected twice a week Sunday and Wed.

You are dead on with that. I haven't worked my abs at all:worried:. I have been working the shoulders harder and I try very hard on the biceps but they seem to be stuck.

Good job....I hear you bout bi's, it's my toughest muscle to build as well. When ripping on your shoulders, don't forget about your traps. You would be amazed of the impact some nice thick traps would have on your physique.

looking good bro. I think you look the best in the third pic. Either way, good work and keep it up.

BTW, tzan is right, traps go a long way in the appearence of your physique. You can have a good build and look like a monster b/c of well developed traps. Be careful tho, I tore my left trap one time and that was NOT cool. Again, great work

i also hear ya with the bi's no matter what i do i just dont have the gentics for good bi's oh well what can ya do.......... :)

I have been slack on them. I only do one exercise on them so I will definately improve that.

Biceps Biceps Biceps! DAMN! I am going to have to ask Radar what to do. I believe I read a thread about him having a good routine for them.

Glad everyone says the 3rd is the best. I just took that one a couple hours ago.
 
Solid progress, looks like you can hold a good part of it. just keep the cals up, and keep a steady maintenance routine, let your body get used to the added muscle.

if you have strong elbows, you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone

hanging power clean and press is DER BOMBASTIC when it comes to blitzing your delts and traps. If you are prone to elbow tendonitis, stay away. If you can do lying triceps extensions and close grip benches without issues, then you should do fine. This is, IMHO, the upper body squat. Fuggin brutal and effective. Blows up the almighty traps and delts. Won't need anything else for 'em.
 
Just keep on working at it buddy training hard and eating good so you can a little more muscle on to your frame on your next cycle. Be patient it is a slow gradual proceess but you will look better with each cycle.

Good Job Bro, I'm 2 years older than you. I'm 6'2" The taller you are the harder it is to get that bicept peak that everyone wants. I can get the bis bigger...but have never been able to acheive the peak.

I am already planning and getting everything together. Will be something like this:

Dbol 40mg/day 1-4
Test C 600mg/wk 1-12
Winny 50mg/day 8-12
Adex .5mg/day throughout

Thinking of adding Deca at 400mg/wk

What do you guys think about that?
 
Ya, drink the winny of course if its depot and ya Test/Deca/Dbol is the golden triangle... adding winny will help... looks good to me... line up PCT, which should include HCG...

Could probably make good gains off of a lesser dose but it just depends what your goals are...

I have the BD Winny 50mg tabs. I have everything I need for PCT including HCG. I am wanting another good bulking cycle before the summer...this time without holding so much water, hince the adex. I want to pack on as much good muscle as I can.
