Progress pics - 7 weeks of WSB

Cool remember though work on the foundation. Diet is key not just to cut weight but to gain it as well. I do recommned some High intesity cardio, sprints or long distance sled drags 100m or so. this will kepp one mass, shed some fat and improve recovery ability. Recovering is half the batlle for growth and competition

I'm currently doing either sprints or truck pushes 1-2 times a week. I should probably up that to around 2-3 times.

my opinion, i would keep it at 2 times..... just make sure you sprint on one day, and truck push on the next.

i would only recomend 3 times if you were trying to get in shape for a contest. since you dont have a contest insight yet, just hit it twice a week.

have your lifts went up ??
I just realized that I never answered this question.

The answer is yes. I've set PRs on my ME exercises every week.

I'll max in about two weeks and then let everyone know the results.

I think its most noticible in your arms. take a look at your biceps before and after. theres more than noticible improvement. it looks like you gained at least an inch.

did you measure before and after? id be curious to know the numbers

how are your lifts doing

I see an improvement in the tops of the shoulders and also in the quads right above the knee. Keep it up and good luck!

That's funny that you say that because I hardly ever train biceps, maybe once or twice a week for 3x15 on hammer curls. I wonder if my arms are looking bigger because my triceps are growing?

Thanks man.

Shoulders and legs have always been weak points. Makes me feel good that they are improving.
