Progress for an old guy is slow!

Ok, I decided to start cycling again after 17 years off.
I wanted that 20 year old body again. I never stopped training, just stop cycling.
But it just not the same getting old training with injuries and losing strength.

I am 45yrs 5'11" around 194lb. I have been training for 30yrs.
And have started using short 6 week cycles over the last two years.
Hard to make leg pics but they look proportional to the rest of my body.
I train for symmetry and looks not for size. But size does look good!

I have a few pic starting March 2006,
I was probably around 180lbs:

Last cycle was finished 2 weeks ago. Was 6 weeks of NPP/Prop 125mg EOD and 80mg Var ED. My cycles are 6 weeks long mostly NPP and Var and every other cycle add Prop at same amount of NPP. Did throw in a Tren/Prop/Winny but had to cut it to four weeks for a ski trip.

Works without bloat and short cycles keep recovery easy for me.

My pct is usually Nolva starting 2 weeks after last inject. Use 20mg ED for 3 weeks, sometime add hcg. Don't like hcg too much. This pct I am using aromasin and nolva for 3 weeks. I wait 8 to 12 weeks in btwn my six week cycles.

My father in law is a doc so I get blood profile every six months free. Never had an issue. In fact Nolva sometimes reduces my cholesterol. I did have a bit of elevated BP 140/85 this time but it is going down now. Never had that before.

That's correct don't count pct time. But I don't always start on at certain time. So sometimes take off longer than 8-12 weeks.

PCT is light because it is all that is needed. I do not do more than my body needs. These pct drugs have sides too.

I am married too, I just hate body hair and luckily so does my wife! I am just curious about NPP's affects but the info I am gathering seems like deca without the bloat, which is a good thing. At this age, I am 37 next week, I am all about being as lean, dry and hard as possible. Keep up the great work!

Get some hair clippers from the drug store for like $20. Shave your chest with that with no guard. It looks just as good as a razor and you won't get bumps. Takes like 10 min.
