IS there anywhere where i can get a chart that i can save to my computer, so that way i can keep track of everything, i knowi could just write it down but i want it on my computer, Anyone know where i can find one

Microsoft Excel works good for me.

For diet, I've heard fitday.com is good, though I've never used it.
