Ive got one question I would like to have answered - Ive realised that over the last 8 weeks my legs have got much bigger, my bodyfat has come down by a very visable amount, but for one or other reason ive lost some of my seperation in my quads. Why do you think this is. It should, like the rest of my body become more defined. What is going on??? Anyone got an answer?? Is it just due to more muscle tissue filling out the leg?
