Procent bodyfat - pic inside

I know this part of the elite boards are the one most posts are made, so I thought there might be some guys/gals here thet might be able to figure out my bodyfat in procent from this picture, and maybe give your opinion. Stats 6", 170lb.

184cm that is..Nopp, but I'm pretty cut. Bulking right now, goal right now to reach are 180lb, lbm. 10lb LBM gain

You have to copy and paste otherwise you get the homepage. I just pulled it up. It is tough to tell with your pose because you are blocking out your abs almost completely. Looking tight though.

5-8% Bf would be my guess, but probalby toward the lower end.

I was measured at 7%bf (185lbs) using the caliper test back in september and I wasnt anywhere near that ripped...

Looks good bro Could we be related???. LOl I am a little heavier but we are really damn close I am around high 5%.
