problems with Sus

Hello, I am taking a testosterone complex 350 similar to sust exept it has enanthate in the blend as well. The first week I did 700mg split into two doses. Now Im just taking .5 mg every 4 days. Its been over 5 years since i cycled. Im starting my third week tomm. I am up 6 lbs and my strength is through the roof. I agree to dose every third or forth day depending on experance and supply. As far as diet goes, bigbob got good advice.
 
I think you really need to research a lot more. Sust is the king in my book and I hate to see it wasted on an improperly assembled cycle with a diet that lacks details.
 
no lol you misunderstood me if your 1ml is working for you but you feel like you need a boost you could split the shot and do .5ml every 4 days.

if you feel like you want better gains and the 1ml isnt doin what you want than take 1ml every 4 days it will end up being 500mg every 8 days.

that eating plan i gave you is perfect for anything your trying to do only difference is how big the portions are and how clean it is. dont stop that eating plan right when you get off the juice or you will deflate. after your cycle cut down to 1gram of protein per pound you weigh and eat 4 or 5 times instead of 6 and dont eat 4 hours before you sleep unless its a shake

you can eat the same thing for bulking and cutting. to get that cut define look you are looking for cardio is a must. jus add the cardio in the last 3 weeks.

some people may disagree but all types of test can be used to bulk and cut its jus not good to do it in the same cycle. its like throwing your car in reverse while drivin 100mph.

Thanks for the detailed reply bigbob.. So are u saying I should do 4ml every 8 days..that seems like a big amount,basically 1000mg of sust every week?
Also what is "1 a day sport"??
I'm happy to change my mind an weight till I'm off the gear in 4 weeks to start cutting but I figured it will help retain muscle when I'm not eating as much an doing more cardio..
