I have a new topic so I thought some builders might be able so help me out.
I am in my first Cycle of Sus and been pricking my delts with 1ml each per week. Do you think I need to be maybe pricking myself again with .5 mid week when it starts to wear off a bit?
Also I have really upped my Carb intake this time and am seeing gains of around 1kg per week. I have about 4 weeks left do you think on the last few weeks I should back off the carbs and use the sus as a mini cut? Because I read that some builders use sus for cutting....
Here are my stats: 101 KG, 6' 3", 38 % BF
