problems with Sus

Gday fellow gainers,


I have a new topic so I thought some builders might be able so help me out.

I am in my first Cycle of Sus and been pricking my delts with 1ml each per week. Do you think I need to be maybe pricking myself again with .5 mid week when it starts to wear off a bit?

Also I have really upped my Carb intake this time and am seeing gains of around 1kg per week. I have about 4 weeks left do you think on the last few weeks I should back off the carbs and use the sus as a mini cut? Because I read that some builders use sus for cutting....

Here are my stats: 101 KG, 6' 3", 38 % BF

I hope someone has some insight to my questions.

Bro..your body fat is 38%????
 
I def would not back down the sustanon bro. If anything, up the dose because your should be starting pct and trying to maintain your gains. If you cut back your test 4 weeks back, ur not gonna do anything but kill your solid muscle gain. Your body is anabolic right now and craving the test. So keep your doses where they are.

And btw, unless your doing a 6-8 month hgh, never plan on bulking and cutting in the same cycle. Hard to get decent results in a normal 10-14 week cycle trying to do both.

When it "wears off a bit" you want to do less? I don't understand your question...
 
I don't mean less dosage.. I mean in the last 2-3 weeks of my 12 week cycle(now week8) should I up cardio and cut my carb intake to cut up while I'm still on sus so as to maintain muscle when I'm not eating as much carbs and doing more cardio?
What are your thoughts boys?
 
your already 8 weeks in so im not gonna tell u to stop

ok so your injecting 1ml each week of 250mg/ml of sust and your getting good results.
keep up with your same injections dont change anything. if anything you can split the injection to .5 and .5 every 4 days or double it and do 1 ml every 4 days. i would go with 1 ml ever 4 days


its not good for your body to go from bulking to cutting but since i know your not gonna change your mind do this


wake up
6 egg whites
wait 3 hours
peanut butter/tuna/protein shake
wait 2 hours
steak/chicken breast/sub double meat
wait 3 hours
shake/snack
wait 2 hours
prob gym time
shake right after
wait 1 hour
steak/chicken breast/sub double meat
wait 2 hours
protein shake/snack

get 1 a day sport and take it 3 times a day
get milk thistle take it 3 times a day
get cla take it 4 times a day
get chromium chromium picolinate 200mcg and take it once a day at lunch


add cardio 3 times a week 2 days for 20 min and 1 day for 40 min

recipe for keeping gains while getting that cut hard look.

btw if you pct right you will get rid of the bloat. people often mistake water retention for being fat
 
Thanks for the detailed reply bigbob.. So are u saying I should do 4ml every 8 days..that seems like a big amount,basically 1000mg of sust every week?
Also what is "1 a day sport"??
I'm happy to change my mind an weight till I'm off the gear in 4 weeks to start cutting but I figured it will help retain muscle when I'm not eating as much an doing more cardio..
