Just wondering why every once in a while when I go to take the needle out, a nice little blood splurt comes out. Does that mean I hit a blood vessel? If so, does that really matter??
Peripheral Neuropathy - probably caused by nerve damage. Should get better on its own. Nerves can regenerate it take some time though. The burning might actually be the nerve repairing itself. Burning sensations are very common symptoms of nerve regeneration.
