i didnt start till 4years of lifting, and 1bodybuilding show under my belt, which i got down to 5%bf naturally, 8mo??? you should lift longer, results should be measured in alot longertime frame, and if its not working, TRY HARDER, i can almost assure you your not training hard enough, if your saying well what the helldo i have to workout till i wanna puke????? yes,! i judge my workouts on if i want to die after them(especially legs) its was a good workout, i mean you shouldnt be able to walk outa the gym, alter your training and diet, give it more time, in my opin... hopetogetnewnamesoon, haha kinda lame... but def original...
