Thanks All... I had a comment about my dosages being a bit low.... I appreciate the comments and am definately open for future ones.... Another question.....
Guys, tell me if I'm off base here... But for a 37 year old who has pretty good genes and and has been lifting for 15+ years.. 5'10 and 220lbs is this cycle not enough for a first one, given my goals...??
Please keep in mind my biggest goal here is to achieve 7-10lbs of quality gains once I've cycled off... I am not interested as much in a temporary huge and blown up appearance. Others have said that this cycle is right on mainly due to the stack, my current stats and goals and others yet still believe more is better... I started this past Monday and feel great.... What do you suggest... More...? or stick to the script.....??

sust - wk 1-8 - 250mgs
primo wk 1-8 - 300mgs (spread out through the week)
