Primo/Prop/Winny 1st Cycle

What do you guys think of the following 1st time cycle:

week 1-8
200mg TEST-PROP shot sun/tue/thu/sat/sun (40mg/shot)
400mg PRIMO shot sun/thu (200mg shot)
week 9-12
400mg PRIMO shot sun/thu (200mg shot)
50mg Winstrol daily

PCT starting 7 days after last shot of PRIMO
- Post cycle 4 weeks
- Unleashed 4 weeks
- Arimidex 4 weeks

Do i need anything else during the cycle, or if im missing anything or suggest other ways of shooting please let me know your thoughts.

First, you don't need to stack so many compounds for your first cycle, it's not needed. I suggest you drop the primo and winny and just stick with test enan for 12 weeks at 500mgs/week. Second, you should run arimidex the whole cycle, not just PCT.

If you're looking to cut up, add clenbuterol to the stack, maybe some T3.
 
what if i just do primo/prop at 400mg/200mg per week and drop the winny with a good diet and cardio. Looking for good lean gains that you keep as well.

keeping gains has more to do with your diet/training/pct/genetics than the compounds used. 1st and 2nd cycles give you an idea how you react. using multiple compounds complicates your ability to see what works and what causes sides. test/primo/wintrol isnt a heavy cycle but the winstrol is a cholesterol killer. if you have issues with that already, might want to avoid it.

A Test-E only cycle will give you these results. As was said, it's all about diet and training. 'Lean' gains aren't going to come unless you keep track of your diet.

If you're concerned with putting on too much size, then don't dose as high and eat fewers cals.

On an 8 week Test-E only cycle, I added about 17lbs with a very small increase in body fat. That was taking in around 350-400g of protein a day.
