I am just finishing up my cycle and am going to start clomid soon. During this cycle I have gained roughly 30 lbs. ( 1st cycle) mostly muscle but I also added some fat. Now that I'm not going to get any bigger, I have really kicked up the cardio ( along with maintenance lifting) so I can see the muscle I've gained better. My cardio consists of 40 minutes on the treadmill starting with fast walking then going back and forth between jogging and fast walking, keeping my heart rate just at the 70 % target heart rate level...between 120 and138 beats/ min. I am currently taking 1/2 a superclen at night because it makes me so tired I can't take it during the day. I am not really reducing my calorie intake, just uping the cardio. I also have xenadrine I could take during the day. I'm doing the cardio 4-6 times a week but just started last week ( 4 cardio sessions last week ) basically I'm just wondering if I'm on the right track. I know the superclen should help prevent loosing muscle when coming off cycle along with fat loss . Are there any other avenues I should be considering or looking into. Thanx
